On April 6, 2019 several members from GBL firms in Europe got together for an “off the record” (“OTR”) event in Prague. The evening featured Michelin star chefs Stéphane Tournie (Jardin de l’Opéra restaurant in Toulouse) and David Vláško (Zdenek’s Oyster Bar, Prague) who were brought together at the initiative of lawyers from Vaughan Avocats (France) and best friend firm PRK Partners (Czech Republic), to prepare an inspiring menu at Zdenek’s Oyster Bar. With stunning combinations of tastes and culinary cultures, the evening presented a unique setting for GBL members to connect and share an exceptional experience together.
