Advising on the Employment Law Issues in Multiple Jurisdictions in Major Merger

Advising a major leading European transportation group in managing complex employment law issues in 32 jurisdictions in connection with its merger with another major European group. The assignment, coordinated by French member firm, Vaughan Avocats, involved multiple facets and required a quick turnaround before the announcement of the merger in the press. GBL jurisdictions involved were France, Germany, Holland, Finland, Greece, Belgium, Poland, Hungary, Italy, Russia and South Africa.
